Bar Hire at Dulwich Hamlet
Aside from being a central hub for our fans on matchdays, the DHFC Clubhouse is also available to hire for events.
The entire bar can be booked out to host wedding receptions, birthday parties and funeral wakes, with the boardroom available for catering space if required.
The bar can also be divided in half should people not require the full space.
Mounted TVs on the wall can allow users to display photos or videos, these can also be removed if required, and decorations can be put up.

Security
It is a condition of our license that all DJs or live music on site use our PA speakers, and that SIA security are required until all patrons have left. DJ led/promoted events must have 4 SIA registered security which will factored into your hire cost if applicable. The security will be booked by the club, you do not need to sort this out yourself
Security to be paid for by the Hirer, and quotes will be arranged in advance - £16 P/H per security
Late Licence
Our licence runs until 11pm, the bar will call last orders at 10:30pm. There is a £21 fee to apply for a late licence. There is no guarantee Southwark Council will accept the application and it must be applied for at least 2 weeks in advance of your booking and requested whilst making your booking
Please note that no children under the age of 16 are allowed in the bar after 22:00 hours as a condition of our licence
Dry Hires
8 hour day hire on a dry hire basis - £525
4 hour hire on a dry hire basis – £300
Additional hourly rate when agreed time has been exceeded - £90
Hourly rate for rehearsals (minimum 4 hours) - £75

Tables
We have 13 tables, seating 80 people:
5 small tables (142cm x 144cm)
4 big tables (144cm x 203cm)
5 high tables
We have a table free in the front reception area which can be used as the memorial/welcoming table (42cm x 144cm)
More tables and benches are available if needed, we can seat 75/80 people comfortably in the main bar area allowing room for dancing/mingling etc.

2 Bain-maries that have 3 x GN1/3 containers with lids included

Please note that if the catering equipment is used it must be cleaned and handed back to us in the condition you received it on the day. A fee will be charged for extra cleaning/damages.

If you would like to hire the DJ equipment, a £250 refundable deposit will be taken on the day of the event. This deposit will be refunded provided the equipment is left in the same condition in which it was handed over. If hiring the turntables you must supply your own needles!
All Rates are subject to VAT
The fees according to the agreement to be paid 14 days in advance of the hire day, they are non-refundable
